First time the game crashed in loading screen, but this was fixed by disabling Esync. After this the campaign started, but I wasn't able to finish the tutorial (the game froze in cutscene after boarding the station). Tried three times with no luck, looks like some issue with NVIDIA driver - reported here -> https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/2132

I'm usually putting the Steam Deck to sleep without exiting the game. Elden Ring doesn't like that and after waking the device up it will throw you back to menu after minute or two with connection to server lost. Sometimes there was a loading screen poping up for all players, but the game always resumed without issue

To run the game you need to chose the first option when launching the game (AMD option just crashed on Steam Deck).

I found out that when using Proton Experimental instead of Proton 7.0-4 it will fix the issue with the research tree. With Proton 7.0-4 you are unable to move the research tree, so it's not easy to do any advanced research (you need to manually search for it).
