Not a locked 60 fps at default settings, but fairly close. Lowest I saw was about 40 fps but it's generally 50-60
Only two noteworthy things: it doesn't default to 800p and you have to manually call the keyboard for character naming.

Performance:Significant Performance Problems
The performance was quite bad. Fortunately it ran much better with Proton-GE and "DXVK_ASYNC=1 %command%" as the launch option. But even then, it only ran at like 30fps (With normal Proton it only ran with like 6-10 fps). This will probably be fixed when the game is fully released and Steam has more users to pull shaders from.
