When using 800p the Pause menu items can't be selected directly, you need to click left of them. Can be fixed if you play in 720p. You can only change the game resolution in the Steam settings of the game.
You need to set the Controller layout to the "Official Xbox Controller Profile".
I played on 60fps and everything on High except Shadows at Low. If you change Shadows to anything higher the game will have huge dips. You can even set everything to Epic and limit the fps to 30 or 45 and it should be stable.
Not a single crash.

Works, if you tinker with it enough, and if you're lucky to not encounter crashes in the process.
There is no proper controller support - "official layout" is just a convoluted KB/M emulation, which doesn't really do its job. It's much better to slightly adjust the standard KB/M template (bind a button for on-screen keyboard toggle, Shift for Sprint, etc.)

Very poorly optimized. Drops frames in some scenes even on medium settings, down to 20+ fps.
CTDs (needed to reboot the Deck as it was lagging and freezing after these crashes), Fatal Errors.
Be aware that at this point you may have already been tinkering with this game for longer than its entire playtime actually is.
needed to install media Foundation, the script on github doesn't work as the download link in the script is broken, but you can download the file manually and then amend the script to point to the local file.
Despite installing Media Foundation, some in-game videos didn't work properly. I was able to complete the game but I but i wouldn't say its playing as intended.
Game is unplayable because videos don't work.
Videos are integral to the gameplay and they do not work. Also, I was unable to pick up the camera. I could hold it and look at it, but it wouldn't go into my inventory. If you can't take the camera, you can't proceed to the next room.
